Can I find Diamond Tea products at retail stores?

Diamond Tea is sold at numerous retailers around the world. We will be updating our site with a store locator soon.

 What is your return or exchange policy?

Diamond Tea offers a refund or an exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery. Customers will be charged a restocking fee of $25. Items must be returned new, unworn, unaltered and in the condition in which they are received.

How do I return an item I bought?

For returns please email us jfroy@diamondtea.com and we will provide a Return Authorization Number. Include your reason for return, order number, name, email address, and phone number.

Does Diamond Tea Ship Internationally?

Diamond Tea is a global provider and does sell internationally, however, for now we are only shipping within North America for our online store
