 What is your return or exchange policy?

Diamond Tea offers a 30 day refund or exchange on any of our items. Please call us at 514-842-3921 or email tarina@diamondtea.com for return label

How do I return an item I bought?

To expedite your return/exchange, please use your original Diamond Tea packaging slip or return label and complete the form. When shipping without an original packaging or prepaid label, be sure to indicate whether you would like an exchange or a credit card refund.

Does Diamond Tea Ship Internationally?

Diamond Tea is a global provider and does sell internationally, however, for now we are only shipping within North America for our online store
