Terms & Conditions:

For returns please email us jfroy@diamondtea.com and we will provide a Return Authorization Number. Include your reason for return, order number, name, email address, and phone number.
NOTE: returns will not be processed without a Return Authorization Number.
Customers will be charged a restocking fee of $25 on all returns and exchanges.
Once returned goods have been checked we will process your refund or exchange.
For all exchanges, you need to re-order online and it will be processed as a new order.
Manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at consumers discretion.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Customs:

For all orders shipping outside of Canada, we don’t take responsibility for duty or brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs.
